General Terms

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services provided by TicketCel through our websites www.ticketcel.com and/or www.tickethoney.com, as well as through our respective points of sale or call center agents, the CUSTOMER agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the CUSTOMER and TicketCel (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). 
  2. Event Information and Responsibility The CUSTOMER acknowledges that they are aware of the event or show details through our website, points of sale, and call center agents. TicketCel provides this information so that the CUSTOMER can verify all details before making a purchase, whether in-person or online. TicketCel is not responsible for changes in schedules, safety conditions, location, organization, production, or content of the event. Responsibility for these aspects rests solely with the EVENT PRODUCER. The CUSTOMER must verify all event details before completing the purchase, as once the transaction is completed, no changes, refunds, or cancellations will be allowed.
  3. Purchase Process and Verification Purchases made on TicketCel's websites are subject to verification and approval of the debit or credit card by the issuing financial institution. Additionally, the details of the transaction will be verified. When the CUSTOMER makes a purchase through our websites, they acknowledge that the tickets must be claimed by the cardholder, who will need to present the credit/debit card used for the purchase and a valid identification document. Powers of attorney, reports of lost documents, police reports, or authorizations for third parties will not be accepted. 
  4. Use of Customer's Image The CUSTOMER grants permission, without any compensation, for the use of their image, voice, and/or recordings made during the event for advertising, commercial, or promotional purposes by TicketCel and/or the EVENT PRODUCER. The CUSTOMER waives any claims related to image rights or compensation. 
  5. Payment Platform and Security The CUSTOMER acknowledges that the purchase process is carried out through the authorized payment platform Stripe. Stripe is a third-party payment service provider that securely handles credit and debit card transactions. TicketCel does not store or manage the CUSTOMER's card payment information directly. The Company commits to following industry security standards to protect the CUSTOMER's sensitive data during the payment process. 
  6. Cancellation and Refund Policy Once the CUSTOMER has completed the purchase and received the ticket, no changes, refunds, or cancellations will be allowed, unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by the EVENT PRODUCER. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, TicketCel will provide the CUSTOMER with details on how to proceed with a potential refund or ticket exchange, in accordance with the PRODUCER's policies.

Refund Policy

Last Updated: November 9, 2024 At TicketCel, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable experience when purchasing tickets for events. Please carefully review our refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting a refund.

  1. No Refunds or Exchanges (General Policy) Once a purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued, TicketCel does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under normal circumstances. This policy applies to both online and in-person purchases. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are fully informed and certain about the event details before completing their purchase.
  2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
    • Event Cancellation If an event is cancelled by the event producer or organizer, TicketCel will offer a full refund to the original purchaser of the ticket. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
      • Refund Process:
        • TicketCel will notify customers via email or through our website about the event cancellation.
        • Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days after the cancellation notification.
        • Customers will need to follow the instructions provided in the notification to request their refund (if applicable).
    • Event Rescheduling If an event is rescheduled and the new date is not convenient for the customer, they may request a refund. However, if the rescheduled date is acceptable, customers are encouraged to attend the event on the new date.
      • Refund Process:
        • TicketCel will notify customers about the new event date.
        • If the new date does not work for the customer, they may contact our support team to request a refund.
        • Refund requests for rescheduled events must be submitted within three (3) days after the rescheduled date is announced.
    • Event Changes If there are significant **changes** to the event (such as a change in venue, time, or performers) that may materially affect the customer’s ability to attend or enjoy the event, customers may be eligible for a refund.
