- No Refunds or Exchanges (General Policy) Once a purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued, TicketCel does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under normal circumstances. This policy applies to both online and in-person purchases. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are fully informed and certain about the event details before completing their purchase.
- Exceptions to the No Refund Policy Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Event Cancellation If an event is cancelled by the event producer or organizer, TicketCel will offer a full refund to the original purchaser of the ticket. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Process:
- TicketCel will notify customers via email or through our website about the event cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within three (3) business days after the cancellation notification.
- Customers will need to follow the instructions provided in the notification to request their refund (if applicable).
- Event Rescheduling If an event is rescheduled and the new date is not convenient for the customer, they may request a refund. However, if the rescheduled date is acceptable, customers are encouraged to attend the event on the new date.
- Refund Process:
- TicketCel will notify customers about the new event date.
- If the new date does not work for the customer, they may contact our support team to request a refund.
- Refund requests for rescheduled events must be submitted within three (3) days after the rescheduled date is announced.
- Event Changes If there are significant **changes** to the event (such as a change in venue, time, or performers) that may materially affect the customer’s ability to attend or enjoy the event, customers may be eligible for a refund.
